Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in one click. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and credits you have received stay in your balance.

Do my credits expire?

Credit packs never expire. Monthly plans add credits at the start of each month; yearly plans add the whole year's credits at once when you pay, not month by month. Settings → Credits lists every grant with its expiry date, if it has one.

Do failed videos use up my credits?

No. The price is shown before you generate, and if a video fails the credits go straight back to your balance.

Should I pick a subscription or a credit pack?

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly and suit regular posting. Credit packs are a single payment with credits that never expire, which suits occasional use.

Are taxes included, and can I get an invoice?

Prices are in US dollars and the amount shown at checkout is what you pay; your bank may add its own currency fees. Invoices for your payments are listed under Settings → Payments.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards. Depending on your device and region, checkout may also offer wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

I paid but my credits haven't shown up. What now?

Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Refresh the page first; if they're still missing, open a ticket from Contact support and include your payment email.

Is paying here secure?

Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Your card details go directly to the provider and never touch our servers.
